This is a mistake of Ipacs.The Phoenix Rc uses a proprietary protocol for its USB interface.Therefore, there is NO USB joystick support.Since the Phoenix RC USB interface Joystick not working as USB, it does not work with other simulators.

I purchased the program, in good faith, after reading that it would work with the Phoenix cable, knowing that in the past the cable wouldn't work with other simulators. I assumed you discovered a way to make it work, since it was a known issue in the hobby community, which your company is highly involved in.So where does this leave me? I purchased your program because I was excited that I wouldn't need to buy a different cable and now it seems that I was mislead and either I have to buy an additional cable, which of course you sell for $35, or be face with the fact that I just wasted $139 for software I cannot use.Is IKARUS willing to take care of this mistake? With a PC, things to check are the operating system, processor speed, amount of system memory, hard drive space, and the video card. I built the PC used to test each simulator, allowing me the opportunity to select each system component. I chose Windows 8 as the operating system to test the RC flight simulators because any new PC will come with Windows 8 preinstalled.
